Season Pass

I've got my TiVo set up with a number of "season passes" to automatically record all episodes of a particular show. Here's what I've been watching.

  1. Six Feet Under -- new season this weekend!
  2. The Simpsons -- I've managed to catch up on most of the episodes this way.
  3. Redskins -- This is a keyword search that's useful during football season to pick up all the Redskins shows.
  4. The Sopranos -- I'm getting to see Season Two while we wait for Season Four.
  5. Enterprise -- The latest Star Trek series. I'm also taping the episodes and sending them to a friend stationed in the UK.
  6. Undeclared -- I really enjoy this college comedy by the creator of "Freaks and Geeks". I hope it gets renewed.
  7. Friends
  8. Futurama -- I heard it got cancelled, which is a shame.
  9. King of the Hill
  10. The Tick -- Cancelled. I don't know whether they have any more episodes left to show.
  11. Malcolm in the Middle -- I originally started recording this at Christina's request, but I've come to enjoy it myself.
  12. Pardon the Interruption -- Tony Kornheiser and Michael Wilbon, two Washington Post columnists, sit around and talk about sports. It's replaced all other sports news on TV for me.
  13. Dennis Miller Live -- He's better on HBO than on MNF.
  14. NewsRadio -- I've watched all but 1 or 2 episodes on A&E reruns. I'll delete this soon.
  15. "Sex and the City" -- Another one for Christina.
  16. Movies & Opposite Sex -- This is a keyword wishlist designed to tape the movie "The Opposite of Sex". Unfortunately, all it has picked up so far is the commercial version and The Opposite Sex and How to Live with Them".
  17. Movies & "Paint Your Wagon" -- Christina wants me to see this; again, it's just picked up the commercial version.
  18. Saturday Night Live -- These days it mostly involves just watching the opening sketch and "Weekend Update".
  19. Voyager Equinox -- Christina and I watched Star Trek: Voyager one evening. It was an episode that had been taped as a TiVo "suggestion". It was really interesting, but at the end we found out it was part one of two. Unfortunately, TiVo hadn't taped part two, so we're waiting for it to come on again.
  20. Movies & "Time Bandits" -- It's coming on BBC America; I may put up with the commercials for this one.
